Here?s the jist of things

Basically I might have to agree with the first review. You see, the complex is low income housing, and let?s face it folks....most low income housing in downriver is garbage. A majority of the tenants are more than likely garbage and I would believe the management is garbage as well. I have a friend that just moved into the subdivision that is near/adjacent to the property and she has told me that there is a park in this subdivision and she cannot even visit that park at dusk because of all the crap from that complex has taken it over on most nights. Her neighbors had warned her about it after the fact that she had found this out for herself. Every time I used to drive by the entrance on Van Horn rd. I felt as if I had been zapped into River Rouge. I don?t understand the city of Woodhaven. They want to construct these huge, new, very nice subdivisions with homes starting in the $250,000?s and become this great new suburb comparable to an Oakland county city, yet they let these low income housing projects stand along side them as well. Another thing I do not understand. If you can only make so much a year (say maybe $30,000 max) how can they get away with charging such high rents' I also believe downriver to be the 9th gate of hell, so I guess I'm kind of biased.
