Worst apartment i've ever lived in I wouldn't live at this complex again if I was paid to live there. Staff is always rude and unfriendly and they lie to their residents. On top of that my car was broken into 2 times, the stairs to my building are falling apart and dangerous to walk

Awesome!!!!!! I've lived at Southpointe Square apts for 3 months and I loved it. What really sold me on the apt was the way Kim Stuckey treated me whan I walked in the door. She was very knowledgable, every question I asked she answered it with out hesitation. I just love her!!!

Glad I'm moving! Horrible renting experience! The maintance NEVER fixes anything no matter how many times you report it broken. The walls are PAPER thin, you can hear EVERYTHING every one else is doing in their apartments. There is never enough parking. Took three days to fix our ceiling
