I moved here in the fall of 1999 and overall, had a really good experience.
I had one bad incident that management did everything they could to take care of, but I ended up with Wyoming PD involved.
Having been in law-enforcement myself, I had been working midnights and slept a good portion of the day. The resident below me, I swear, did NOT know what a "reasonable level" was when it came to his music and everyday there is was cranked. It took Wyoming PD to step in and tell this guy if he didn't tone it down, he would arrest him for violation of noise ordinance. It ended at that point.
I had a personal issue half way into my lease where I needed to move out of the city for safety reasons, and management COMPLETELY and totally let me out of my lease. They were always very nice..and I never EVER had any problems with them, maintenance...or anything.
Everything was clean, from my view....and it was neat that the complex even held things such as themed contests for deck decorating. It was super cool!!
I never heard anyone other than the dude below me....or really saw anyone...it was quiet otherwise. The only thing I REALLY didn't like was the lack of space for dining. Because I had a computer, I used the dining area for that since my own table wouldn't have fit, anyway. That is the biggest downfall.
