Newsflash From: Tenant925 Date posted: 2/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I find it amusing to read the reviews that are posted complaining about fees and unfriendly staff. Your lease covers ALL charges that you will EVER see. Ramblewood cannot charge you anything that you don't agree to when you sign your lease - that's the law. And as for unfriendly staff - my guess is that those who have trouble with them are probably the type of people who go into the office yelling and swearing and treating the staff like crap. If you are calm and respectful to people, they are most likely going to be calm and respectful to you. So chill out folks. Ramblewood has the best quality for the price within 25 miles. So stop your b@*#%ing and grow up.
