The apartments were very beautiful and in a great location. Everything worked great, until our ac broke down in the middle of a 90 degree summer. No one ever let us know when it would be fixed and we were never notified when the were in our apartment.
Maintence was very slow to get anything done. And if you had to comaplain about anything you were imediatly on the office staffs 'bad tenant list'.
Once we had one problem, they seemed to snowball. It would take weeks to get a response about fixing problems, and the whole time the office staff was very rude to us.
I would never live in these apartments agian, or any apartment complex that is owned by the same company.
