Since the management staff changed this year, the quality of this complex has declined. There have been significant plumbing problems...sewage coming out of kitchen sinks and bathtubs etc. It took over a year to get new plumbing installed. The staff have poor communication skills--often getting things mixed up. It used to be a place where professionals lived but now the new staff have rented to young partiers who make a ton of noise at night getting drunk etc. They also drive like maniacs in the parking lot. Also, there have been car break-ins and thefts. It's too expensive for the quality of life. We plan on moving soon and buying a home anyway but I would no longer recommend this place for people who want proper sleep and noise levels.

I agree with you 100% on the fact that since the new property manager took over the whole community went downhill. When I originally moved in a few years ago, the management team was excellent, shame on IPA for letting them go. As you stated, the new property manager lacks communication skills. She would rather hide in her office and let who ever the new girl Friday is for the day deal with everything. Now they are taking the key entry locks off the garages and the only way to get in will be the remote, and if you want an additional remote you have to pay $40.00 for it! They say the reason for removing the key locks is because of recent thefts, well maybe if they stopped renting the apartments to ghetto trash there would not be so much theft and vandalism. Once again, shame on IPA for allowing this once nice community to go down the tube.
