I've been living here for about a month, and I have to say that I'm really happy here.
The apartments are huge... and I like that there are half-walls between the living room and kitchen, it's nice to be making something in the kitchen and still talk to guests or watch tv in the living room.
Also, I feel secure here because of the intercom entrance. It's also not a huge property, so there's more of a family feel to it instead of a place that has tons of parties every night.
The maintenance guys are really nice and were quick to fix my garbage disposal when I called in to the office. They've been really friendly.
The rent is higher here, but I had a good special when I moved in and it's been totally worth it not to have to deal with loud neighbors. The location's nice too, it's woodsy but kind of close to everything.

Well, I can't say that I've ever heard my neighbors "make it"... thanks for sharing!
