My husband and I have lived here for over 3 years now and it has taken us this long to realize the many faults of this complex. Parking has always been atrocious but with this last winter we began noticing more and more problems that shouldn't be. We have MAJOR mold issues that have to do with the wood construction of the windows and the semi-french doors. We have to put up the 3M insulation shrink wrap every year or our gas bill quadruples! I kid you not, and heaven help you if you try to put the insulation up AFTER the cold has set in... This is how we knew about the difference in price. It went from $30 to $120 without the wrap. There is so much condensation on the semi-french doors that the tape just falls off and you lose any insulation the shrink wrap provides. This isn't a problem management can fix unless they replace every door and window. Other than that, we've had overflowing drains at least twice since we've been here because the pipes are interconnected. The linoleum in the kitchen has been popping up in the corners since day one. I can say one good thing about this complex and that is its maintenance staff. I love those guys so much. They're always nice and sweet and happy to help. They do their best with what they're given. That is really the only saving grace I can find. If you're planning a short stint here, it might be worth it. However, if you're here for the long haul, try another complex. We're moving ourselves.
