I have found this property to be very nice to live here. When I moved in a couple months ago, there was light bulb out in the dining room and maintenance was at my apartment within five minutes to fix the light and went through the apartment with me regarding any questions I had. It is very quiet here which I was worried about being off from 44th st. Last week I had 4 deer outside my window. It is great. I would suggest anyone looking for apartments to check this property out. I have been very happy here.

No one has a problem with the maintenance staff--they are wonderful. I guess seeing 4 deer out the window doesn't compensate for the view of your neighbor's raw sewage coming out of your kitchen sink numerous times. Quiet...perhaps because it's winter and all of the trash that moved in during the past year are hibernating. Just wait until summer when all of the unsupervised teens play their ghetto music and start breaking into cars and garages. It used to be a nice place. We're moving as soon as our lease expires. Fixing a light-bulb is easy for the staff here but apparently doing background checks on new tenants isn't.
