I?ve lived at Waterchase for over 2 years now. I?ve apartment hunted at just about all of the complexes in and around Grand Rapids, and Waterchase is just about the best place out there.



It?s really hard to find a nice apartment with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in each unit. Plus free cable, a garage (not a carport..you can actually store extra stuff in your garage), a balcony, and beautiful scenery. The landscaping is fabulous, and there are walkways around the large lake, which is a great place to walk alongside the ducks and swans that live there (the swans were an addition to get rid of the geese that had been both messy and noisy).



In the winter, you don?t have to worry about getting snowed in, because Waterchase has all of the roads and parking lots inside the community plowed. Plus parking inside your garage means you don?t have to scrape off all the snow.



I think Waterchase is an excellent place to live.
