I've lived at Waterchase for 3 years now (I just renewed for my fourth). It's a great place to live. Last week, they started this new coffee cafe in the clubhouse...and it's open when people can actually go there! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is super friendly, maintenance leaves you candy, and the apartments are very spacious. I got to have an accent wall painted in my living room for renewing my lease! Waterchase is definately where I'll continue to call home for a long time.
