Their cable company isn't to great. They give you very little channels, and because they have a private cable company, cable modem service is terrible. The speed to price ratio is terrible. I wish I could get comcast, and get my $50/month worth with my cable. My speed with the local company at $44/month is 1/4 of what the speed would be with comcast.

The neighbors are loud. You can hear people walking above you if you have people above you. The maintenance has been great. They kind of rip you off on movein. They told me I would get $500 credit to me for move in. GLEN, the leasing consultant told me I would receive a check to cover movein costs. Now he says it just sits in my account, and can only be used for rent. If I knew that, I wouldn't have hired a moving company to move my stuff. How are they suppose to "help you move" if they don't give you the money back'
A joke to say the least, so don't be like me and fall for the gimick.

PS. Low class housing greets you everytime you enter the apartment complex. You pass by a "trash neighborhood" upon entering. Not the best of sights, and I don't feel safe.
