Pros: Very helpful office staff and maintenance men. Free garage space with opener. Average appliances and free microwave. Washer/Dryer in every apartment.

Cons: VERY POOR sound proofing between floors! You can hear phones, TVs, and music in the unit above and below. Walls are a little better. Hallways smell bad b/c there are no windows or ventilation. Windows and sliders are poor quality. HUGE flocks of geese and ducks. They're cute, but they poop everywhere, and they make a ton of noise--especially at 5 a.m. A lot of people working on their cars in the parking lot until the wee hours of the night.
