Waterchase Apartments

Best deal around! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I absolutely love my apartment and the entire Waterchase complex. Yes, there are noisy neighbors, but when you live in any apartment community it's going to happen. I live in a corner apartment, and I barely notice any noise. The only time I can hear my neighbors is when I have all my windows open. The only way to have a quieter living arrangement is to move into a house! And yeah, the geese are pretty loud, but hey...it's nature, what are you gonna do' There are bird everywhere, not just at Waterchase. The apartments are very nice, modern, with washer/dyers, dishwasher, microwaves, air conditioning, white cabinets, decent carpet, large windows, high ceilings on the 2nd & 3rd floors, free cable, heat and water, 24-hour free maintenance, gorgeous landscaping, trees, flowers, lakes with walking paths...and the rent is very reasonable. I would recommend Waterchase to anyone, and would say that they are one of the nicest, most scenic apartment communities in the area.
