I have lived at Waterchase for 3 years now and just renewed my lease for a fourth. I love my apartment and the entire complex! My apartment has a full size washer/dryer, a garbage disposal, a microwave, 2 full bathrooms with lots of counter space, a very neutral white and beige decor, and I get a garage! I only pay for electric and phone because cable, heat, water I have had awesome experiences with the maintenance people here - they even installed a free ceiling fan for me and painted an accent wall in my living room! I never hear my neighbors. There was a problem with geese, but they bought 2 gorgeous swans and now the geese are gone! The clubhouse is gorgeous (I even used it for a shower last Spring). There's a fitness center, a pool, and a hot tub. The grounds are immaculate and the flowers are beautiful. The management and the people in the office are always friendly and take care of everything right away. When I drop off my rent in the office every month, they always ask how everything is going and say "Thank You!"

I can't imagine living anywhere else. Because I have lived here for so long, my bath vinyl was getting a little yellowed, so I called and asked if they'd replace it. The manager came over and personally looked at it and the new vinyl will be installed next week! They're awesome here!! I love Waterchase and recommend it to everyone!
