Awful area. Many, many bad things happened to me and my car while I lived in this place. Parking was a nightmare, I was even towed once (at the request of the office) for parking out of place (there were no "spots" within 200 yards of my building because they don't enforce Garage use and do not have enough spaces otherwise). The office had no sympathy for my situation and refused to even admit that they had gotten my car towed. When I got to the towing company, they said the call had been made by Waterchase Apartments.

I can't say enough about how awful this area is. The apartments surrounding it are also less than appealing. Go here: http://www.familywatchdog.us/ShowMap.asp, search 49519 if you don't believe me that the area is awful. My car was broken into two times in year that I lived there.

Outer doors with "locks" were frequently broken. 100s of Geese plague every inch of the grass, you can hardly go outside without stepping in goose crap and/or getting attacked by angry geese. Other tenants leave garbage in the hallways. The maintenance staff is somewhat prompt, but rarely fix anything correctly the first or second times. The staff really wants you to believe this is a "luxury" apartment complex, and it might be, if it were not in Wyoming, they had adequate parking and there were not more geese than people.

On top of all that, they are expensive for what you get. I will not did not renew my lease, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty much summed up the Waterchase experience. Poor parking, cars broken into, ghetto neighbors, and geese everywhere.
