This was without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. I was so happy to get out of there when my lease ended. The office staff is horrible and constantly changing so everyone is new and have no idea what's going on. Plus, they are just flat rude to you. Also, everything is broken. They tell you they have a great pool, fitness center, and spa when you first go in to look at the place, but it's almost impossible to use them. When I first moved in, they told me the access card system to use the pool/fitness center/hot tub after hours was broken, so the only time I could use those things was when the office was open, and I could never make it b/c I work during the day, too. They finally got that fixed almost a year later. The fitness center really needs to be updated. The equipment has been horribly cared for. Oh, and make sure not to leave anything of value in your garage. Mine was broken into twice and I had some things stolen. The office staff could have cared less about that, too. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance. They were always out there the same day or next day at the latest and fixed everything right the first time.
