It just doesn't get better than this.

I have lived at Waterchase Apartments for one year now. I guess the first thing to do is look realistically at how much money you want to spend and what you expect from an apartment community. If you do that and laugh at yourself, re-prioritize. Because at Waterchase, you most certainly get more than you pay for. Everything is included in the rent, the property is just beautiful and the management is top notch.
How you know your getting more than your money's worth: call different apartment communities. Divide the square footage of the size apartment you asked for by the monthly rent they give you for that apartment. Do the same for Waterchase. It is MORE THAN COMPARABLE, and the clincher....at Waterchase, that amount includes all of your utilities except electric. Yep, heat, sewer, trash, water, cable, garage, washer/dryer, fitness center, spa, outdoor pool, intercom entrances, white modern apartment, awesome counter and cabinet space. I'm telling you- that will not be the case anywhere else you look - that is- if your looking at apartment communities that would be actual competitors to Waterchase - (that is, not low income/ subsidized, etc.) Waterchase is GREAT!
Be realistic - if you want a house, get a house. If you want an apartment, go to Waterchase.
Thanks much
