Waterchase use to be a nice place to live...about 15 years ago. The noise level in the apartments is horrible, you never have anywhere to park, the staff has no conept of customer service and this goes to manegement too! Rochel is the only nice person in the office, everyone else extremely rude and they always act like you are stupid. My lease is up soon and I cannot wait to get out of here! the type of people that live here have no concept of knowing where trash belongs..it is always in the hallways and I swear I have never seen anyone clean the building. I would not waist your money, even if they give you deals to move you in...not worth it!
