My friend and I lived here our second year of college. Overall we liked it a lot. Maintaince guys were very nice, but some jobs never got finished (painting a fixed leaky roof in bathroom) but I didn't care all that much. Other jobs were fixed right away. One time the maintainance came in while we were out of the apt. They left a slip saying they tried to fix a leaky sink but there wasn't one. It was a slip for the written for our apt number, but was the wrong one. That sorta made me mad. I never used the pool, and rarely used the workout place, although it was clean and nice looking. The gardening is nice with all the trees and flowers and water, but watch out for those pesky geese. Never count on the doors to your apartment building to be working, but it helps to air out the funky smells that can lurk in the halls. I lived there a year, it was great for the price.
