I moved back to Waterchase after living in another city for over a year. Both times, I've enjoyed the community. My apartment is spacious, both bedrooms have big walk-in closets. The few times I've called maintenance, they've fixed it within a day or two. The scenery is gorgeous. I love the fact that every time I go into the office they know my name. One gal even recognized me from living here before. I would recommend Waterchase to anyone.
