I love it here, the apartment is great and really big. They include heat and that was a huge deal breaker for me. They dont have a large staff but everybody is really nice and friendly. Maggie and Todd will bend over backwards for you. I always have a parking spot which is great cause Im so close I walk to class most days. I would recommend Three Oaks anyday they are great and flexible with students!
