I have lived here for a couple of years and I have to say its good if you go to EMU but there are probably better alternatives if you don't. All my main classes were in Sill hall which is right across the street which is nice but now that I'm graduated I've noticed some of the downsides. For one, my apartment is right next to the entrance so you hear every bodies loud conversations day and night. Also, at night if you have the lights on everyone can see into your apartment. My neighbor was robbed by someone kicking down his door and the front door has had it's glass broken out but they aren't common occurrences. The management was terrible but now they have an office on site and they are great.
