I will say the maintenance men here are very disrespectful and do a horrible job at the things you ask. The replaced our tub so we thought but all they did was put a new facing over it which doesnt even fit it properly. While doing this they ruined our bathroom door and had to replace it after we mentioned it to them. They dont care because if they ruin it and you dont notice you'll pay for it at the time you leave. The office staff is very unfriendly also. VERY ghetto...Kids running everywhich way, around your cars etc. Laundry rooms have roaches and are VERY Dirty...The windows are so old that in the winter you need to turn your heat up to like 90 jus for it to be somewhat warm inside so you end up paying for that big time. the airconditioners are old and if you ask for a new one your rent goes up ten bucks a month..Mice are and issue also.

Yeah don't waste your money. This one maintence worker is lazy all he does all day is run around in his car and when he comes to fix things he always needs help. Currently we have a broken toilet,,, raw sewage comes up in the bath tub. The manager also wants to replace the floor, why can't they do both when the toilet is up. yet they are using the front of our apartment in the apartment guide for advertisment yet they give us 3rd class service and want more money....
