Me and my family had lived at Anderson Villa apartments for approximately 7 years.
I had then moved to another state to try out a trailor and some land for a cheaper rate. The money was tight and the jobs were scarce. We then decided to move back, and Anderson Villa was are first choice.
The rates are reasonable, front door parking. Great maintenance service, and everyone is friendly and honest.
They offer several helpful, and free services. The complex is clean, each year they put money into the complex.
Donuts and cider in the fall, contests, giveaways. Problem residents are evicted asap. A family oriented complex, with access to the interstate. Near the colledges, for singles, couples, and familys
