I lived in this ghetto for way to long about 7 years, and I Hated every minute of it. It is like a small Detroit. The only positive thing with this dump is the maintenance crew. The office staff are terrible, one of the ladies, who calls herself a manager, has been there for at least 10 years, and can't even make decisions on her own, she has lost several customers because of this problem. All they do is talk about and do their church work on Anderson Villas time, eat, and gossip. I would not recomend this dump to a homeless person if the rent was free. I have alot more I could say about this place, but I am not wasting my time.
