Nice looking apartment in a great location. I am going to really miss my washer and dryer hook ups. I am paying nearly $1000 a month now. Outrageous late fees if you drop off the rent past the second. Want a carport' thats $20 extra, to bad people frequently steal them. You even get to pay for water here at Arbor Glen, the catch is, its not just your water, there is one meter for each buidling and then the bill is split up. no matter how frugal you are with water, your bill will not go down on account of your neighbors. Dogs are constantly off leashes doing their business where ever, despite managments commendable effort of putting a doggy bag dispenser near the "dog run". Aside from the Peeping Tom that I get a message about every so often, the place "feels" safe. To their credit, the office trys to communicate with the residents via flyer, unfortunately, the flyers end up blowing all over the complex as there is no good way for them to fix them to the doors or mailboxes. This has been the only apartment I ever needed to own my own snow shovel in, the walks and drives were rarely cleared by an acceptable time. I would be happy dealing with all my complaints if I were only paying $750 or so, but I just feel the place is grossly over priced.
