I got out of this place in 03. Inside B&E jobs in broad daylight while people were at work. I am convinced it was maintenance staff. They enter your apartments for routine repairs, furnace filter replacement, etc. They use this time to case out your place for cash or things of value, then scout your work pattern, then kick in your door while you're away.

Staff refused to warn residents after I was robbed. Then two months later, my downstairs neighbor was robbed in the same way. Then shortly after that, it happened in the next building over......all in broad daylight.

Also had a radar detector stolen one night.

Not a safe area, and not a helpful staff.

I lived here for about 2 years, and I hate to say it, but that happens everywhere. I was very happy to see that the owners put out a notice to let everyone know what was going on. I still feel very safe here.

I agree with vicvondrake, I have lived other places where crime was occuring all the time and management never cared enough to let us know, there were letters on my door from the staff letting us know what was occuring and that they were working with the police to find out who was doing this crime, I also feel safe living at Arbor Glen

In my case, Management REFUSED to send out a notice. Their policy on that must have recently changed as the crime in their complex increases.
