This apartment complex is now called Arbor Knoll. The new owners have done many updates to the buildings and ground, now if they would just do something about my neighbors! Fighting (I've called the police), slamming their door, loud music and movies. Plus I love that they park in a carport and don't pay for it. I was offered a different apt - I've been here a year, my neighbors - 5 months. I'm not the problem, the lack of management is. My advice is keep looking... I am.
