I moved to Arbor Knoll in March of 2007 and here is a list of problems: I have had to have my thermostat replaced five times, often because the so-called new thermostats are not "calibrated" correctly. Also my oven handle has fallen off, my disposal has quit working all together, there is a leak in the ceiling, the front door has a gap big enough to see outside during the daylight, causing the dte to be no less than $120 a month, and to top it off maintenance has pretty much no idea what they are doing. Plan on getting things fixed at least twice every time. And oh yea, the office manager, or their staff for that matter, is not helpful and are rude most of the time. If I were you, and if I had spent more time looking, I would not rent here!!!!!

Oh- and I forgot to mention that the light outside my door has been broken twice, all because I shut my door. Lets just say they don't put the light covers on so well.
