I am writing this because i am fed up with Karrie.She is NOT a friendly person.I have lived here Almost 2 years and hate talking to her.She is always rude.DO NOT TALK TO HER.She will give you the run around and she tries to pass the problem to some one else.The Maintenance is real good here and that is it.I Have talked to other people here and they feel the same as I do.We will be contacting upper Mangement about her.Will they make us happy I don't know.All I can do is STAY FAR AWAY PLEASE BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I have never dealt with anyone as rude as Carrie. Her lack of professionalism and disrespectful attitude shocked me. Thankfully, I have been out of there for a few months but I'm still posting a review so that hopefully I can spare someone from making the mistake of moving there. As for contacting upper management, all I can say is be careful. After my apartment flooded, it took over two weeks to restore everything. I documented conversations with Carrie, the lies, a list of belongings that were ruined, etc. I contacted York properties with hopes that they would try to make things right since I was a long time tenant in good standing. I was wrong. The response instead was "we have never had any complaints about Carrie and since you're so unhappy we're letting you out of your lease as of this month." They were trying to intimidate me by basically evicting me with two weeks notice to find a new apt and move all our things! Carrie's boss, John, is shady also so don't trust him for a second. He plays good cop while Carrie plays bad cop. And believe it or not, York Prop. backs them up 100%. Being sleazy and underhanded must be requirements for employment at York. These people are absolute thugs!
