Apartment is nice, leasing office is fairly friendly. Problem is this place is full of nothing but ghetto people. I've found people who don't live here walking around looking for easy targets to steal from.

So far I had some white guys wearing baggy clothes, with twisted ball caps run up to my grill and steal my charcol on July 4th while I was sitting in my chair at home. I chased them but they got into this beater peice of crap and drove off.

This morning someone broke into my car and stole my subwoofers, amp and ipod.

I am breaking my lease ASAP and moving the hell out of here. If you value the goods you buy and your family you will not live at this place.

I wasn't nervous living here until recently. I had my car broken into last year and this morning, the cops were here again looking into a break in into one of my neighbor's vehicles. I have always had an issue with the management here, but now safety has become a concern as well.
