Maintenance is a problem. It took at the very least one month to have emergent work done. So don't bank on prompt response from either management or maintenance. The walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbors as clear as day. I could even hear the neighbor's alarm clock in the morning, among other things. There are better places to live.
