quite slow to fix all the problems we had: garbage disposal, washer, tub leakage, missing window screens, etc.

furnace unpredicatable and doesnt allow for ambient temperature.

plastic, robot-esqe style of customer service.

denies access to exercise equipment, based on paranoid and illogical rhetoric. and refuses to fix in a timely manner.

parking enforced by -----towing service.

not very conducive to a very large segment of this college town: college students

garbage/mailbox situation not logical.

doesnt have automatic rent pay plan.

does have free candy in clubhouse.
