The apartment itself was very nice. But being right by a collge campus you would expect the neighborhood to be young and friendly. This is not what we incontered. If you made noise past 9:00pm you had mangement knocking on your door threatening to call the cops from compliants! You could not walk up your stairs without a neighbor complaining! Managment was extremly rude and not understanding at all. I would never live here again due to the managment and neighbors.
