Arbor Pointe Management is terrible (including Company Management). We were supossed to move in on a Monday and the apartment was not ready. We drove all the way from Colorado and had to rent a hotel (out of our own pocket) for 3 days. When we finally moved in later that week, the leasing consultants didn't even walk us to our apartment. When we entered our apartment, two maintenance men were stil working in there as we attempted to move in. We requested a washer/dryer upon moving in and did not recieve it for several weeks, even though we were paying for it. The Management is quick to blow you off, unless you refuse to pay your rent, then they get on top of things. They claim they're busy when you make an attempt to talk to them about a problem you are having, but can glance in several minutes later and see them talking and drinking coffee. When I asked one of the maintenance guys why it took so long to get something fixed, he apoligized and explianed that they had not even done a work order in over a month due to so many move ins. The children run rampent through the streets nearly getting hit by cars, or can be seen destroying the property (including your own cars). Speaking of cars, they are often stolen from this apartment complex on a weekly basis. Empty beer cans, bottles, and drug paraphanalia clutter the grass. It is noisy and over run with children. This my friends is an Expensive Ghetto, and I do not recommend that you choose to live here.
