Just moved out after 2.5 years and feeling really good about it. First, the buildings are constructed very poorly so if you live on the ground floor, expect to hear elephants above you. Every small step sounds like a thundering herd. Next, the place is very, very expensive. We're talking Ypsi address but Ann Arbor prices. Management can be quite disorganized. It took THREE scheduled appointments and four visits to the office to get lease renewel papers signed. In most instinces, however, I was treated very politely. Of utmost concern is safety issues. I have seen quite a bit of police activity and even saw a huge brawl between college students break out in the parking lot, late one evening. Don't take your safety for granted. One good thing is the pool. It's kept very clean and is quite nice when there aren't too many kids running around.
