I have lived in Arbor Pointe for almost a year now, and have not seen nor heard any of the complaints listed by the other reviewers. When I call for maintenance work to be done, it is always done in a timely and efficient manner. The sidewalks were always clear of snow first thing in the morning! That is impressive! I was referred by a friend and when it came time for him to receive his referral $$, (it takes 90 days, not a month) all we had to do was sign a sheet of paper, and he had the $$ within a week.
I have never had any problems with the management here. They have always been super nice and helpful! Even the maintenance guys are great! The cops do drive through quite often, as requested by management. They truely have our safety in mind! It sure makes me feel better knowing that the police are near by, just in case.
