In all honesty, I am not a person who likes to bad-mouth people or places. But our experience here has been horrendous. My husband and I are educated professionals, who lived in this place as a "jump off" before buying a home. Since we have lived here, there has been nothing but trouble. There are always drug deals going on, cars stolen, and shady situations. We have seen the cops quite a few times in the past three days. Everything breaks down here, and maintenence is slow to respond. Neighbors are disruptive- we are always hearing loud music and their place smells like "butt" and it always travels over through the vents. Management is very threatening and often times rude. Communication is very poor! We are so excited to move! Wish we could have written a nice review...

Management does not like to handle problems. I have been told to call the police because of a loud radio. No way. I just knocked on the door myself and asked them to keep in down. Calling the police on a neighbor for loud music does not create a feeling of community.
