Well, I really thought this would be a great place to live, but have been proven wrong.

I have been here a short time and discovered the favortisim that is displayed.

I fear the management does not like children. They are very rude to the youngsters that live here.

My nephew was visiting me and was outside skateboarding on the sidewalk and one of the unhappy management ladys (I use that term loosely) yelled at him that skateboarding is not allowed in the community.
Well, first off, when my daughter picked up her skateboard (the one my nephew was using) she was told not to leave it in the street or yard or it would be taked away. She was never told it was not allowed. I also went over my rules sheet and it stated that it was not allowed in the streets or parking area. No where did it state that it was not allowed.

Second, my daughter and niece were coming back from the office, they used the sidewalks and checked for cars before crossing. Well, this same angry lady came racing after them in her golf cart yelling "Hey you" to my kids. She threatened my 12 year old daughter with a $100 fine for not using the crosswalk. There is only one on the side of the community. The very next night, I see the same lady outside with her friends and there children were running across the road, not using the crosswalk, and nothing was said....... Rules only apply to people not in the clique.

I was late on my rent due to an emergency. I called and said that I would have it in by Thursday. I told them I would have the full amount including late fees. I went in and paid as promised and was informed 2 days later that it was turned over to an attorney and I was now resposible for legal fees.

The office is kind enough to accept packages for you, but they fail to tell you they have done so. If you are smart, you will choose a community that is fair and likes children and stands behind what they say.
