Arbor Pointe Apartments are newer which is definitly attractive. If you drive around Ann Arbor, you will see many apartment complexes with the same layout and design. Every time I have personally dealt with the office staff, they have not given me any problems. If you are just moving to Ann Arbor, or going to college this would be a great place to start out. However, if you plan to live somewhere I would not suggest this complex. The noise levels are incredible, you can hear your neighbors close doors and play their music. Noise violations are given out like candy, but the poor design invites trouble. Having paper thin walls is an irratiant. The kitchen cabnits are poor quality as well as the construction. Finding a parking spot is 50/50. I would stay away if you are looking for a place to live longer than a year, other than that it is not a bad place.
