I lived at Arbor Pointe with my roommate for one year and I loved it. I had a great location overlooking the field to the side, and very nice neighbors. There was always lots of parking for myself and guests. Every day there was something going on outside to maintain the property- grass cutting, planting, or just general maintenance. I was always impressed with how friendly and helpful the office staff and maintenance was. One thing I especially liked was the area in front of each apartment where I could plant flowers, hook up my own hose, and garden throughout the spring and summer. It was also an easy commute to EMU. It definitely felt like home more than many apartments in the area do.
I was sad to leave when I had to move and would recommend Arbor Pointe to others.
