I loved living at Arbor Pointe. It's very close to 23 (less than a quarter of a mile away) and 94. Washtenaw Community College is right across the street. The staff here is very nice and very helpful. I have never had one bad thing happen. They are very prompted on maintenance calls. (usually in the same day.) We had our roofs leak and they called the roofers out the next to fix it and it hasn't leaked since. I have lived in other apartments around here and they just do not compare. There are a lot of McKinley properties around here but they are way over priced for want you don't get. I had a washer and dryer in my unit. At McKinley properties you have to go into the basement and wash your clothes which is very inconvenient. It is a very quite community. I also feel it is very safe. Parking is no issue. I work late and even coming in at midnight is no problem to find a space. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! Everyone is friendly in the community and always says hi.
