DO NOT RENT HERE!!
DO NOT rent just because its cheaper than few other apartments. Go to better apartment.
Don't make the mistake I did !!!
The management, Leasing Center Personal and Maintanence all of them are crooks.
I rented at this apartment as it was cheaper than rest of the apartments at Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor, but please don't make the blunder that I made.
1. The management is totally unprofessional.
2. Maintanence people never attend to problems.[ It took them weeks once !!]
3. Forget your deposit once you move out of the apartment.
4. You will be hit with hundreds of Dollars of breakage fees even after taking your deposit for no reason.
5. I feel for it as the Leasing Center people puton a nice face when I was shoping for apartments.
The main reason I'm writing this review is to make someone not to commit the "BLUNDER" that I did - by renting here.
You are warned enough by a consumer - I went through very bad service here. Overall they swindle your money!! I am happy that I am out of that apartment now !
go to a better apartment! even if it costs 100$ more, trust me its worth it!
