I lived at International Place Apartments from August 2002 to June 2003. Here is a nice list of the things that either broke or were down half-ass. Cabinet doors and drawers in kitchen fell off and out. A/C quit working during the summer on the hottest days and was never fixed even though several request were filed. Ceiling leaked so bad in bathroom that a giant water bubble formed over thr shower. They began to replace the shower and took 2 months to do so and we had to turn on the shower with a wrench for it to work (filed a complaint and nothing was done). Carpeting was disgusting and full of stains from who knows what. Garbage disposal broke filed a request to fix and had to take it apart myself due to never getting a response. My door to my room fell off when I closed it one morning, again filed a request to have it fixed and was never done so it stayed in the corner of my room for the year. Also my car was broken into twice and things stolen as well as my friends cars too. This place is a nightmare, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!
