I gotta tell you. if you thought it was bad b4... u just wait. Internationals management problem runs deeper than the front office. I actually saw the district manger grab the maintenance supervisor by his cheeks and i quote "I dont care, just get it done,(his name here)" she had to take dale carnegie self-help tapes becuzz of her her extreme diability to communicate with people on civil terms. they demoted her and the vice pres took her job on. ok. that just means that she doesnt have time to come out here and keep in touch with her employees. after it really started to hit the fan the propery manger got out while the getting was good. in sept. 2003 they hired a new property manager. She is the MOST RUDE, BACK-STABBING, UNPROFFESIONAL woman on the face of the earth. I HAVE NEVER met a woman that talks so badly about EVERYONE behind there back. when I say everyone I mean employees, contractors and YES residents get the worst of it. she has a foul mouth and uses profane language freely. and again, YES, to the residents as well.

during my stay here I seen 5 light poles and i swear to u only 1 was put back up. 65% of parking lot lights dont work

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HERE!!! MAKE THEM GO UNDER!
