I think the staff are nice when they want to be( everyone has a bad dayonce in a while) and I've never had a real problem with the maintenance. I put in request and they were always responded to. My request where similar to the last review posted. My dishwasher, garbage disposal, toilet, stove, and other minor things broke through these past two years...but the were always fixed within the next week.
I've been lucky because I heard some horror stories from other tenents about certain maintance workers with their bad hygeine and lack of knowledge or willingness to fix things.I can't speak for myself so I guess you may or may not get a lazy maintenance worker. I think if you life towards the back of the complex.. It gets worse. I just don't like the apartments themself, but I knew what I was getting into when I moved here. I've found somewhere else to live so I'm moving out this week but I did want to advise future residents on a few issues.
* Be aware of unsupervised kids
* Keep your doors locked
* the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper watch out for noisy neighbors
* The appliances are not top quality so don't expect everything to work like they did in your parents house.
*Don't get involved in your rowdy foriegn neighbors arguements, you might get hurt

But you will always find good parking and the outsides of the apartments always look nice :) Oh and buy stamps because you have to mail your rent every month (I found that annoying also)
