I live here and I wish I didn't. I see that they are trying to pretend that this is not a poor managed place... but lets get real people. The staff are not very nice, nor do they seem to care when you have a maintenance issue. I only know of one staff member that has always been friendly when I've had an issue(which is at least once a month). I hate to complain about things and still feel frustrated when they are "so-called repaired" in a lazy are half ass way. I pay my rent in full so why can't my things get repaired in full. I don't like having to mail my rent off, its annoying for me, I don't like the fact that we aren't supposed to have dogs but there are about 5 dogs living in my surrounding buildings. I would like my kids to play in the grass but people are too bnasty to pick up the dog crap that isn't supposed to be there to begin with. My final issue is the hallways. I have had guest come visit me and complain about the smell and oder coming from the carpet that are on the stairs of my building. I don't know if people are urinating in them or what but they smell. There is trash in the hallways that never get picked up and there is a bug problem. I am moving when my lease is up and going to a better place
