Aspen Chase formerly International Place

I not only live in International but am a former employee and I know what really goes on in this place. Every job that you have there are going to be a couple of lazy people... well its not always productive when the peopl that are in charge of the place are also lazy. The hallways in many of the building do smell. The apartments that are considered breezways without enclosed entrances to the buildings get the short end of the stick because there is carpeting in the hallways that needs to be either cleaned or removed because as the weather changes the carpet gets wet and dirty but never gets a good cleaning. I hated visiting the buildings without a main outside entrance because the actually smell and not to mention the air conditioners filters not being changed adds to the smells. Recieiving mail is a hassle because there are alot of brokepeople who break into mailboxes, so get a P.O box. the grounds people are pretty good, but the management could use some work in the communication department. DON"T SWIM IN THE POOL!!! too much nastiness to even discuss. This is not a quiet little get away if you are aiming for that because people do not respect the whole noise limits, because kids are always outside my door when I'm trying to sleep and my neighbors music comes on promptly at 10 pm everynight and I've given up on complaining because it doesn't help. If you like the dorm life you would like living hear... expect the smelly apartments.
