Worst place to live in Ypsilanti!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Fisrt of all my number one complaint: I was told that I was "responsible for the reamaining months of my lease" when I tried to break it. WTF!' WATCH OUT THE MANAGEMENT HERE ARE CROOKS! I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT!
And yes, 80% of the hallways smell something fierce. You lose your appetite when you open your door to the hallway.
In the summertime, beware of skunk activity at ALL the dumpsters!
Management WILL YELL AT YOU, its just a matter of time.
Noise levels HIGH AT ALL HOURS, plus theres A BAD BIRD problem on all buildings.
Final note, I am speaking on the behalf of SEVEN other RENTEES at this complex.
